Abstract

The main objective of this document is to emphasize the idea of Cloud Computing and its advancements. There are more offerings, more in-house development of CLOUDs and more experience in how best to use the technology. Developments have closed some gaps identified in the past but more gaps have opened. This report considers the current, fast-moving, situation and identifies research topics which – if supported – could provide us with the know-how to be world-leading in CLOUD Computing.
